Edge.ORG is a family to me; it is something which we started as a result of everything we did for a successful event. Personally, I was more like a son of a family who was taught, given opportunities and forged my way ahead, same way as a new born who is taught everything by his parents to survive in this world. Ronny Sir’s way of Teaching is definitely one of the Best I have seen especially for a complicated subject like Event Management. He Presents the Course material clearly, backed up with Examples that are designed to show the key points of the concept. His Lecture talk flows well and he is always ready to help students whether during or outside of the college hours. His way of Teaching is very Charismatic that it made the whole class to be attentive. I still remember that a lot of students from other specializations also attend his classes. Organizing parties has been one of my most favorite things to do since a very young age. I was fortunate enough to get opportunities to organize various events in my college which is in Singapore, which finally helped me decide what I want to do in life!
After graduating, I started events on my own with zero knowledge of how to go about it professionally! Everything was as good as new to me. Until one day I decided, the only way I can take it forward in a professional way was to study about it. That is when I ended up meeting Ronny Sir, and I was so impressed by his knowledge of the subject. I drove for over an hour every day for a 3-hour class and in the end, it was all worth it. We believe we learn best when we work practically, not realizing that sometimes the theory is equally important. I learned how to work smart and be more efficient. Today I have done over 70 events, and each event is a little teaching from him that I carry forward!
Mr. Randeep Arora is one of the best mentors I have ever had the privilege of learning under. Under his tutelage I learnt a lot about the Event Management Industry and improved my hold on the English language as well. His method of teaching never disappointed, it was always fun and informative. Drawing from real life experiences, Mr. Arora could take you on a journey where at the end you would have learnt something and would not have even realized it. We had the opportunity to even hone our computer skills with this course, like power point and excel. The entire course was made so interesting and practical, I was almost sad that it ended. All of Mr. Arora’s suggestions and tips come handy to me, to this day, through my MBA and my Job.

And the best part, your sense of humour is beyond this world, I hardly know any teacher that has that sense of humour, you are blessed with it. I still remember that day, your first question: “Why you want to become an Event Manager? And that’s where all the perspective of life changed. Your way of relating topics with day to day life, your jokes between the lecture, your activeness towards social issues and current updates, all were/are just outstanding.
Today you’ve made me capable enough where I can start my own Event Company. This wouldn’t have been possible without you sir. I have been training under the guidance of Ronny Sir for 8 months to understand the core and the nitty-gritty of Event Industry on a whole.
To be mentored by a person who has been in the industry himself for more that 3 decades is a learning in itself. Ronny Sir has a way to teach the concepts of events in a practical way which opens the eyes and to understand how to perform a task/ responsibility in the most efficient and effective way.
In these 8 months, Sir has shared his inputs, the way industry works and how to tackle unpleasant situations in most calm and secure manner which is the most important aspect required in this industry to keep you going ahead.
