We hired Ronny, Sanobar & the EDGE team for organizing the Employees Annual Day Event at Idea Cellular in the years 2004-2006
The overall event was planned & implemented by Ronny & his team very meticulously. The challenge was to involve all employees from multiple locations in Andhra Pradesh; making sure that there is participation from all departments, cross functional teams & all employees working in staggered shifts.
Team EDGE very efficiently worked on the roadmap & managed the event that was implemented over 4 weekends; ending with a grand Gala day-long Theme Activity in a resort.
Overall there were over 500 employees involved from different departments located across AP circle.
His commitments to timeline, quick problem solving skills, witty dialogues are still remembered by many of our friends.
